Actually it is quite easy to access the websites blocking Tor.
Have a second fresh Tor Browser folder on Whonix and maybe use a folder
name like tor-browser_1 or tor-browser_proxy. On the main Tor Browser,
find any http or https proxy you would like to use. On the second one,
under Torbutton settings, delete the current socks settings and add your
proxy ip-port. There you go.
You can change the proxy address instantly, any time.
Whonix should advertise this feature on relevant Tor bug pages or
stackexchange questions and so on.
